It is not a pneumatic or submersible pump but a Pemo horizontal pump with rubber-coated impeller shells controlled by a Siemens inverter.

An automatic washing system washes the canvases, even with water acidified thanks to CO2, every time the machine is opened. At each stop of the pump, the pump and pipes are washed.

We integrate the Linde Solvocarb pH neutralization of the filtered water into the system; a pH meter will maintain the water at a set value. We have collaborated with Linde and implemented the most straightforward and economical neutralization systems.
